ADAA Upper East Side Gallery Walk

Join nearly 30 member galleries for the annual ADAA Upper East Side Gallery Walk. Timed in conjunction with The Art Show at the Park Avenue Armory, galleries in the surrounding neighborhood will open their doors to the public for a collaborative gallery walk event showcasing some of the most dynamic exhibitions in New York City this season, free of charge.

Special Programming
Acquavella Galleries, 4:00pm: guided tour of "Painted Pop," a group exhibition featuring pioneers of Pop art, led by gallery director, Esperanza Sobrino.
Forum Gallery, 3:15pm: exhibition walkthrough of "Picasso on Paper," a curated exhibition of more than 30 exceptional prints and drawings created between 1897 and 1972, selected for originality, condition, and provenance, led by gallery director, Nicola Lorenz. 
GRAY, 4:00pm: exhibition walkthrough of "So Be It! Asé! Photographic Echoes of FESTAC ’77: Roy Lewis, K. Kofi Moyo, Bob Crawford."
Luxembourg + Co., 4:00pm: guided tour of the Man Ray exhibition, led by curator Yuval Etgar.
David Nolan Gallery, 4:00pm: gallery talk on exhibitions on view of paintings and works on paper by Vian Sora and Steve DiBenedetto.
David Zwirner Gallery, 3:00pm: guided tour of the Ad Reinhardt exhibition, featuring work from the 1940s where the artist pursued and achieved a degree of directness in his exploration of color, line, and form, led by Associate Director, Felix Rödder. 

Instagram Photo Contest
Gallery Walk visitors can enter to win a selection of art books and exhibition catalogues by posting photos of their experience on Instagram and tagging #ADAAGalleryWalk. A winner will be selected from those who visit and tag the most ADAA galleries during the event. To be eligible, you must follow @The_ADAA and post all photos by 2:00pm ET on November 6.
